JULY 17, 2018 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz and Vice-Chairman Obie <br />O’Brien. Excused: Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Dan Carlson, CDS Director; <br />Mark Cook, Public Works Director/Interim Engineer; Jerry Pettit, <br />Auditor; Lisa Young, Human Resource Director/Interim Event Center Co- <br />Director; and 1 member of the public. <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Osiadacz called the meeting to order. <br /> <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />Chairman Osiadacz led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />INTRODUCTION OF NEW COUNTY EMPLOYEES - NONE <br /> <br />PROCLAMATIONS <br /> <br />PROCLAMATION DISABILITY VOTER REGISTRATION AUDITOR <br /> <br />Commissioner O’Brien moved to approve a Proclamation designating the <br />week of July 16 – 20, 2018 as “National Disability Voter Registration <br />Week” in Kittitas County. Chairman Osiadacz seconded. Motion carried 2- <br />0. <br /> <br />AWARDS & RECOGNITIONS – NONE <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Chairman Osiadacz noted Consent Item D had been removed from the Agenda <br />and that there would be an Executive Session held at the conclusion of <br />the Agenda. <br /> <br />Commissioner O’Brien moved to approve the Agenda, as amended. Chairman <br />Osiadacz seconded. Motion carried 2-0. <br />
