2018-06-26 MINUTES 2 <br />At 11:47 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. <br />Commissioner Jewell moved to accept the Term Sheet Agreement <br />with The Nature Conservancy as presented and instructed Staff to <br />move forward as discussed and prepare a document for the Board <br />to consider, acknowledging that Erin Moore, WRP Coordinator <br />would be the Lead Staff until a new Commissioner is appointed. <br />Commissioner O’Brien seconded. He stated that after today’s <br />discussion he is comfortable supporting this decision and moving <br />forward. Commissioner Jewell this will help to finalize the <br />vision and may provide future funding opportunities in the <br />future. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />OTHER BUSINESS – <br /> <br />Commissioner Jewell presented the Board with the first Amendment <br />to Water Rights Purchase and Sale Agreement (Treat).
