The submittal shall consist of conceptual design level plans, profiles, <br />roadway cross section, stormwater plan as required by KCC 12.04 Article V, utilities plan, and <br />signage and striping plan. <br />B. If corrections are required, the County will return a redlined print showing necessary corrections <br />within 30 days. The applicant's engineer shall return the redlined print, a response letter identifying <br />and documenting how the comments were addressed, and the corrected plans with the changes <br />highlighted. <br />C. The second submittal shall consist of two complete sets of final civil engineering plans, and <br />revisions completed per previous County comments. This submittal shall also include: final <br />grading plans and profile plans, final stormwater plan, construction details, temporary erosion and <br />sediment control plan, and any supporting documents such as stormwater calculations, <br />geotechnical reports, environmental studies and transportation impact analysis. The plans shall be <br />signed and stamped by the developer's engineer. The developer's engineer must be a civil engineer <br />licensed in the State of Washington. Review fees, when adopted and applicable, shall be paid by <br />the developer before review of the plans by the County commences. <br />D. If corrections are required, the County will return a redlined print showing necessary corrections <br />within 30 days. The applicant's engineer shall return the redlined print, a response letter identifying <br />and documenting how the comments were addressed, and the corrected plans with the changes <br />highlighted. <br />E. This procedure shall be followed for each additional submittal if necessary. Subsequent submittals <br />shall also contain two complete sets of plans and other supporting documents and information, if <br />corrected. <br />F. When all corrections have been made to the County Engineer's satisfaction, the final plans shall be <br />stamped and signed by the applicant's engineer and submitted on mylar. Only one mylar copy is <br />required. Once approved a copy of the approved mylar set will be returned to the applicant. <br />G. The final mylar submittal shall include the following: <br />1. a good quality reproducible mylar with the engineer's registration stamp and signature, <br />2. two complete sets of prints of the plans, <br />3. one complete set of other supporting documentation, <br />4. a quantity take -off and certified engineer's cost estimate when the project is to be secured <br />by a performance guarantee.
