The Court Administrator will be responsible for adding or removing stipends by initiating a <br />Personnel Action Form (PAF). Stipends added or removed mid-month will be prorated. <br />This MOU will amend employee compensation only as indicated on the attachment, and only for eligible <br />employees of the District Courts; no other offices will be granted any form of stipend for employees who <br />are able to communicate in languages other than English.
