06/19/2018 MINUTES 2 <br /> ORDINANCE 2018-012 AMEND TITLE 6 - ANIMALS COMMISSIONERS COMMISSIONER JEWELL moved to approve Ordinance No. 2018-012, <br />Amending Title 6 Animals of the Kittitas County Code. COMMISSIONER O’BRIEN seconded. Motion carried 2-0 <br /> PUBLIC HEARING SURPLUS EQUIPMENT PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />At 2:21 p.m. VICE-CHAIRMAN O’BRIEN opened a Public Hearing to <br />consider equipment surplus to the County’s needs and to authorize <br />disposal of the same in accordance with RCW 36.34.080. <br /> MARK COOK, PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR/INTERIM ENGINEER provided a Staff <br />Report and recommended the Board approve a Resolution declaring <br />Equipment Rental and Revolving Fund Equipment not Surplus to the <br />County’s Needs and to Authorize Disposal in Accordance with RCW <br />36.34.080. <br /> THERE BEING NO ONE REQESTING TO TESTIFY, THE PUBLIC PORTION OF THE HEARING WAS CLOSED. RESOLUTION 2018-094 SURPLUS EQUIPMENT PUBLIC WORKS <br /> COMMISSIONER JEWELL moved to approve Resolution No. 2018-094, to <br />Declare Equipment Rental and Revolving Fund Equipment Surplus Not to <br />the County’s Needs.
