IX. INVALIDITY <br />If any provision of this MOA or any regulation or ordinance adopted pursuant to this MOA is <br />found by a court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or illegal, <br />neither Party will be obligated to enforce such provisions pursuant to this MOA, which shall <br />otherwise continue to be in effect. <br />X.
