ARTICLE 9 — Chair <br />9.1 The Committee Chair, when present, shall preside at all Committee meetings. In <br />the absence of the Committee Chair, the Committee Vice -Chair will preside and <br />conduct Committee business. <br />The Committee Chair and Vice Chair shall be elected from Committee <br />membership as detailed in Article 3.1. <br />The foregoing Bylaws of the Kittitas County Airport Advisory Committee approved and adopted <br />this 9`h day of May, 2018 and approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners <br />this _ day of June, 2018. <br />
