COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />BOCC CONFERENCE ROOM <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br />THURSDAY 3:00 PM DECEMBER 22, 2016 <br />Board members present: Commissioner Chairman Obie O’Brien, <br />Commissioner Paul Jewell and Commissioner Laura Osiadacz <br /> <br />Others: Jerry Pettit, County Auditor; Brett Wachsmith, County <br />Treasurer and Judy Pless, Budget and Finance Manager. <br />SPECIAL MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br />RESOLUTION 2016-177 <br />Judy Pless, Budget and Finance Manager presented Resolution <br />2016-177 A Resolution for levying taxes for the County Road for <br />municipal purposes of Kittitas County, Washington for the year <br />2017 according to the assessed valuation as determined in the <br />year 2016. Commissioner Jewell moved to approve the Resolution, <br />Commissioner Osiadacz seconded the motion, motion passed with no <br />discussion. <br />BUDGET REPORTS <br />Pless presented the sales tax and budget reports for the period <br />ended November 30, 2016. Discussion occurred about the <br />Admissions Tax, and a meeting was needed to be set up in <br />February 2017. Discussion occurred regarding the 2016 GO Bond. <br />2015 ANNUAL REPORT MIS-STATEMENTS – uncorrected items <br />Pless presented the 2015 Annual Report for Mis-statement and <br />uncorrected items during the 2015 Audit and the Disclosure <br />Statement to be attached to the Comprehensive Annual Financial <br />Report. <br />2018 BUDGET PROCESS <br />Pless asked the Board if they were ready to have the 2018 <br />Preliminary Budget process be completed online. The Board <br />stated yes and to work with Information Technology to ensure the <br />Board has laptops that will process the data fast enough. <br />INVESTMENT UPDATE <br />Brett Wachsmith, County Treasurer reported the year to day
