March 17, 2016 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />2016 Projects <br /> <br />Patti Johnson presented a listing of project updates and <br />discussion occurred for each: <br />1. Arena Seating Project – Phase One is complete with <br />Stakeholder input on developing scope and planning <br />options. <br />a. Phase Two had two options <br />i. Option 1 – take design for Northwest and <br />Northeast seating Section to 60% prepare <br />estimate of construction cost $220,566 with <br />Rodeo Board paying half. <br />ii. Option 2 – take design for Northwest section <br />to 100% and Northeast Section to 60% <br />estimated construction cost $389,290 <br />2. Barn Project – discussion occurred about the cost to <br />be $200,000, with work to be completed using the Small <br />works roster or possible GO financing <br />3. Courthouse project – Phase One is complete with the <br />Facilities Space and Staffing Needs Assessment Report. <br />The report is for 13,637 square foot net building <br />area; parking needs 264 Staff parking spaces, 433 <br />visitor parking spaces and 50 ADA spaces. Phase Two <br />scope is to develop department adjacency diagrams, <br />Preliminary Design Floor Plans and Site Plan, <br />Development of Project Material and System Design <br />Narratives; and Development of Rough Order of <br />Magnitude Project Cost Estimate and Budget of a total <br />cost of Phase Two $132,500 <br />4. Armory Settlement cost $100,000 <br /> <br />Discussion occurred for each project. Commissioner Osiadacz made <br />a motion to approve the project list choosing option one for the <br />Phase Two of the Arena Seating project, motion seconded and <br />approved. <br /> <br />Voucher Approval <br /> <br />The Board approved the vouchers submitted in the amount of <br />$11,714.05 check numbers 810302976 through 810303319 dated June <br />16, 2016. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
