AGREEMENT SCURUS TECHNOLOGIES SHERIFF Acknowledge a Second Amendment to the Master Services Agreement between the Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office and Securus Technologies, Inc. for the Connectus Inmate Service Platform. PURCHASE AXON ENTERPRISE, INC. SHERIFF Acknowledge the Purchase of Two X2 Taser Units and Accessories for the Kittitas County Sheriff’s Department, in the amount of $4,960.15 over a five year period. AGREEMENT STATE MILITARY DEPARTMENT SHERIFF Acknowledge Amendment C to Grant Agreement Number E16-071, between the Washington State Military Department and the US Department of Homeland Security and the Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office, Emergency Management, in the amount of $50,548.00 from June 30, 2018 to August 31, 2018. RESOLUTION 2018-091 CITY OF ELLENSBURG SHERIFF Approve Resolution No. 2018-091, Authorizing an Interlocal Agreement between the Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office and the City of Ellensburg to Provide for Mutual Aid Law Enforcement Assistant with Regard to Expert Forensic Examination of Various Communication Devices. AGREEMENT ASURIS NORTHWEST HEALTH PUBLIC HEALTH Approve a Participating Provider Medical Group Agreement between Asuris Northwest Health and the Kittitas County Public Health Department to allow for services to be billed for insurance. AGREEMENT DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH PUBLIC HEALTH Approve a Provider Agreement with the Washington State Department of Health, Office of Immunization and Child Profile and the Kittitas County Public Health Department, for the Receipt of Publicly Supplied Vaccine from May 1, 2018 through May 1, 2019.
