Field Processes: <br />Weekly: <br />On a weekly basis, the road crews will identify any equipment used for non- road <br />maintenance. The road crew will provide finance with a report showing the equipment <br />number, the number of hours used, and the project/job the equipment was used on. <br />This information will be used to charge the various funds for equipment rental using an <br />hourly rate.
