BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2018 - <br />ADOPTING COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENT FUND 108 POLICIES <br />WHEREAS: The Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) oversees funding <br />allocation of Distressed Counties Fund 108; and <br />WHEREAS: Annually the Kittitas County Council of Governments (COG) solicits <br />membership for potential infra -structure and economic development proposals <br />making funding recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners; and <br />WHEREAS: Public Works (PW) has completed a review of the Fund 108 solicitation, award <br />and project management processes within the Fund by creating Fund 108 policies; <br />and <br />WHEREAS: The COG has adopted Fund 108 policies created by PW and said policies are now <br />ready for BOCC adoption; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the <br />best interest of the public, does hereby adopt Fund 108 Policies as adopted by the COG. <br />DATED this 29th day of May, 2018, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />Attest: <br />ZZ Clerk of the Board- Julie Kjorsvik <br />erk of the Board- Mandy Buchholz <br />C� . <br />C�ylr;"It1 WASN1�,,,,,. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />L is a Osl&iFez, Chairman <br />Obie O'Brien, Vice -Chairman <br />ABSENT <br />Paul Jewell, Commissioner <br />
