OTHER BUSINESS <br />MS4 PERMIT UPDATE <br />Mark Cook commented that at the last study session he provided <br />background information on the MS4 stormwater permit from the <br />Department of Ecology (DOE). Mark Cook continued that he had a <br />meeting with DOE last Thursday and Kittitas County met only one <br />(1) of the nominating criteria for the potential of being <br />subjected to the permitting process. The final decision will be <br />made by the local authority of DOE. Discussion was held.
