The County Engineer and Traffic Supervisor have worked <br />together to plan the signing deployment for compliance <br />with FHWA and are utilizing sign specifications in <br />accordance with the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control <br />Devices. 60 signs will be required to be deployed in total <br />for compliance with the bridge posting and advance <br />warning locations. <br />To date, the efforts to perform the required load ratings for <br />2017 has an associated cost of $99,000 approving <br />resolution 2017-101. The anticipated cost for the sign <br />purchase and deployment efforts is anticipated to have an <br />initial cost of $15,000 with an minimum annual <br />maintenance cost expected at this time but it is yet to be <br />determined.
