He provided information on the Hearing Examiner’s additional <br />and recommended Findings of Fact and an Order Closing the Record. <br /> <br />Commissioner Jewell moved to adopt the Hearing Examiner Findings of Fact <br />and Conclusions of Law and Amendments including the matrix presented by <br />Staff.
