3,5 Routine Maintenance 3.5.1 Constructed Recreation Facilities At recreation sites in general, this Is typically cleaning of built features such as restrooms, campsites, swim beaches, boat launches, and docks. A Recreation Specialist will coordinate with Grant PUD Facilities Department and contract staff as needed to verify work durations for specific projects, This information will be reviewed on an annual basis to adjust estimated work durations for specific tasks. A combination of the Maximo system (f=acilities Department work order system) and site maintenance spreadsheets will be utilized to schedule, track, and report work at Grant PUD recreation sites. As a goal, any variances in work durations will be coordinated to improve work planning efficiencles.
