This action establishes the public right of <br />way, acknowledges the existing roads are there but are not obligating the County to <br />maintenance. This action does not address the ongoing need for maintenance. <br />The PAO has previously determined that existing RID statues cannot be used to improve <br />private roadways. Several options seem to be available to the BOCC addressing the need <br />for ongoing maintenance in the lack of County participation.
