At this hearing, the board may make such changes in the <br />boundaries of the district or such modifications in the plans for the proposed <br />improvements as shall be deemed necessary! <br />35.43.180 <br />Restraint by protest <br />any local improvement initiated by resolution shall be divested by a protest filed <br />with the city or town council within thirty days from the date of passage of the <br />ordinance ordering the improvement, signed by the owners of the property within <br />the proposed local improvement district or utility local improvement district subject <br />to sixty percent or more of the total cost of the improvement <br />36.88.100 <br />Appeal <br />The decision of the board upon any objections made within the time and in the <br />manner herein prescribed may be reviewed by the superior court upon an appeal <br />taken thereto in the manner provided for taking appeals from objections in local <br />im rovement tlistrids of cities and towns. <br />Page 4 of 4 <br />
