01/16/2018 MINUTES 2 <br />Dan Carlson, CDS Director provided a Staff Report including <br />background information and past practices in the County. He <br />requested the Board deny the appeal and affirm the CDS Director’s <br />determination on the Plat being expired. <br /> <br />The record was closed for Board deliberation. Commissioner Jewell <br />said he would like additional time for further research. <br /> <br />Commissioner Jewell moved to continue the Appeal Hearing until <br />Tuesday February 20, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the Commissioners <br />Auditorium, noting the record was closed. Commissioner O’Brien <br />seconded.
