12/19/2017 MINUTES 2 <br />At 9:13 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. Chairman <br />Jewell stated that there were some edits to make and then he would <br />get them over to Robin Read, Public Health Administrator for <br />signature on her annual evaluation and add it to her file. <br /> <br />Robin Read left the meeting. Chris Horner, Deputy Prosecutor joined <br />the meeting. <br /> <br />At 9:14 a.m. Chairman Jewell announced the Board would recess back <br />into Executive Session for 5 minutes to discuss with legal counsel <br />representing the agency matters relating to agency enforcement <br />actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency <br />litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, the <br />governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, or is <br />likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the <br />discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial <br />consequence to the agency. No action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 9:19 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
