Install a new 40 <br />year Pabco composition roof in a" Weather Wood, Premier Shingle " color (brown). Remove the small <br />flat curb which had be built on the front covered porch roof. Install Snow and Ice Guards on the whole <br />roof, as per the installation specifications of the product. We have included 4 sheets of plywood to <br />replace damaged ones do to moisture from leaks. Install new metal flashings, bathroom vent and <br />plumbing jacks. Prevailing wages for this scope of work are included. Re -roof permit is included.
