EXHIBIT "B" <br />COMPENSATION <br />As full compensation for satisfactory performance of the work, the County shall pay <br />Contractor compensation not to exceed $15,094.00 USD [Fifteen thousand and ninety four <br />dollars and no cents] to be invoiced to Kittitas County Event Center for actual expenses <br />incurred. Invoices shall include appropriate document of all expenses. <br />Unforeseen additional expenses shall require a written change order and must be <br />approved in writing by the Event Center Director before such work commences. <br />Professional Services Agreement <br />Page 14 <br />
