Attachment A <br />Statement of Work and Payment <br />Purpose: To provide Kittitas County with grant assistance for the review and update of the <br />comprehensive plan and development regulations to meet the mandated update requirements <br />of the Growth Management Act (GMA), RCW 36.70A.130. <br />Tasks & Deliverables: <br />Task 1: Complete a work plan and schedule for GMA periodic review and update planning <br />work to be finished by June 30, 2017. <br />Deliverable: Written work plan summarizing the work scheduled for meeting the <br />statutory deadline to review and, if needed, revise the comprehensive plan and <br />development regulations under RCW 36.70A.130(5). At a minimum, this work plan will <br />summarize the following: <br />A summary of the work that will be completed toward the GMA periodic review <br />and update requirement under RCW 36.70A.130(5). This summary will include, <br />but is not limited to: <br />a. The remaining steps needed for review of the comprehensive plan for <br />consistency with state law; <br />b. The remaining steps needed for review of the development regulations for <br />consistency with state law; <br />c. The remaining steps for review of the development regulations for <br />consistency with the comprehensive plan. <br />2. A timeline showing the work to be completed by June 30, 2017, under this <br />contract; and <br />3. If applicable, a summary of work that will remain to be completed for the <br />comprehensive plan and development regulations after June 30, 2017, including <br />a schedule for completion of the entire update process. <br />Task 2: Complete the work scheduled and summarized under Task 1, related to the required <br />review and update of the comprehensive plan and development regulations, including the <br />critical areas regulations. <br />Deliverable: Submit the final completed comprehensive plan and/or development <br />regulations work products that were scheduled and summarized under Task 1, which <br />apply towards the GMA periodic review and update requirement. <br />Due Date: June 30, 2017 <br />Payment Disbursement: <br />1. Upon completion of Task 1, and receipt of deliverables: _43.200 <br />2.
