VOLUNTARY TERMINATION OF LEASE <br />This Voluntary Termination of Lease U made and datad this 271h. day of Cotober, 1998, <br />by and between KITfITAS COUNTY, a rnunicical corporation, hereinafter refer- to as the <br />Lessor, and MIDSTATE AVIATION, INC., hereinafter referred to as the Lessee, <br />WITNESSETH: <br />That Lessor and Lessee entered into a Lease on February 2, 1993, a copy of wNG�!s <br />attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br />That the main hangar building collapsed in the winter storm event of 1996;97 'he,- was <br />a pan of the !ease. A new facility has been bulli and ;he configuration of the ongical lease has <br />been changed and the lease does not provice for the new facility. <br />That Lessee has applied to the county for a new lease. A cubic hearing ercer .RC'N <br />36,34, 180 was held on October 6, 1996, and continued to Octobef 27, 1598, to consider <br />leasing said county property. <br />THEREFORE, both Lessee enc.
