Attempting to maintain previous costs to benefited residents, the <br />Board of County Commission elects to contribute towards total project cost. The contribution <br />lowers the resident share to $600,614. Maintaining a ten (10) year cost recovery period results in <br />an annual lot cost of $1,035.75. Discussing the costs with several area residents suggests that the <br />annual cost is too high.
