Cook <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />None required. <br />BREIFING SUMMARY: <br />• Six month of outreach has generated I I applications <br />• Five from District 1, four from District 2 and two from District 3 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />• Several public meetings and one targeted mailing (Ellensburg. Kittitas, Cie Hum <br />and South Cie Elum) have generated a list of eleven potential board members. <br />The district list is generated by the address on the application as follows: five <br />from District 1, Ebur from District 2 and two from District 3. <br />• The Advisory Board is necessary to develop the 2018 FCZ.D capital improvement <br />plan <br />DISCUSSION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) has previously directed staff to build a list <br />of applicants from the following commission districts: three from 2, two from I and two <br />from').
