Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners I County Code I Tide 19 Airports <br />Fixed base operation (FBO). <br />"Fixed base operation (FBO)" shall mean any agent or business entity licensed to conduct business in <br />the state for the purpose of providing any or all of the commercial aeronautical activities herein <br />defined. <br />Fixed based operations shall be comprised of either of two types: <br />Full Service FBO - meets specific minimum leasing requirements as hereinafter defined and <br />provides all of the following services: <br />a. Air taxi and/or charter; <br />b. Flight training; <br />c. Aircraft rental and/or sales; <br />d. Aircraft airframe, engine and accessory repair and maintenance; <br />e. Sale of aircraft parts; <br />In addition to the above, the full service FBO may provide public sales of aviation fuels and <br />lubricants. <br />2. Limited Service FBO - provides one or more of the aeronautical services listed In subsections (1) <br />(A) through (1)(E) above as a limited or specialized commercial aeronautical activity and does <br />not meet the minimum leasing requirements for a full service FBO as herein defined.
