<br />Jim Goeben and Andrew Drain presented the 2016 preliminary <br />departmental budget. The following items were reviewed: Budget <br />reserves, position request for Applications manager position, <br />VOIP, review of everyone’s budget for Laserfiche. In 2017 is <br />the ending of the long term lease-maintenance increases. <br />Computer rotation looks to be at about $85,000.00, looking at <br />Lean process. <br /> <br /> <br />Facilities Maintenance 1:30pm <br /> <br />Patti Johnson presented the 2016 preliminary departmental <br />budget.
