You responded "We (team) spoke about schedules fast week. We are coordinating a site visit <br />with WDFW staff verifying our ability to replace the constricting private culvert downstream from our <br />road. Should have a construction date in the next couple of weeks. Regards, Cook" Can I please get an <br />update as to when the culvert is scheduled to be installed under Nelson Siding Rd. We are getting down to <br />our last two months of construction availability and I don't want have the project cancelled like it was last year <br />due to temperature change. I am frustrated because you told me you were going to keep me in the loop <br />with the planning and progress and I have got no phone calls or emails regarding updates. <br />have been patient with this process, but I am running out of patience. I initiated contact and resolution with <br />Kittitas County over 4 years ago regarding the ditch issue. I have email documentation from Roy Chance <br />and Kirit Holmes from Dec. of 2013. You and I began talking about this in an email dated Dec. 2015. You <br />came out in person and agreed it was the County's obligation to fix the drainage issue. We are now over year <br />and half later. This should be plenty of time to plan and prepare for this project. <br />I have email after email telling me things are going to be taken care of dating all the way back to 2013. This <br />project needs to be done so my family and I don't have to stress out every time a heavy rain or snow melt <br />arrives. You promised me this project was going to be completed and I expect that it will. <br />Mr. Cook, I hate being the guy who sends in complaining emails. I work for the government too and 1 am well <br />aware of the hoops and red tape required to complete a job. I know you are busy. But 1 have been dealing <br />with this since 2013. 1 have been promised by multiple people including yourself documented in email and in <br />person that the situation will be remedied.
