CITIZEN COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS – NONE BOARD DISCUSSION/DECISION ITEMS SET CLOSED RECORD MEETING MARIAN MEADOWS PUD, CUP & PLAT CDS Commissioner Osiadacz recused herself from the item due to a family member owning property adjacent to Marian Meadows. Commissioner O’Brien moved to approve Setting a Closed Record Meeting for November 21, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Auditorium, Room 109, Kittitas County Courthouse 205 West 5th Avenue Ellensburg, WA to consider the Marian Meadows Planned Unit Development (PD-17-00001), Conditional Use Permit (CU-17-00001) and Plat (LP-17-00001). Chairman Jewell seconded. Motion carried 2-0. CLAIM FOR DAMAGES JODY L. BEESON PROSECUTOR Commissioner O’Brien moved to approve the Claim for Damages filed by Jody L. Beeson in the amount of $70.00, conditioned upon a Release of All Claims. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. Motion denied 1-2 (Chairman Jewell & Vice-Chairman Osiadacz opposed the motion). Commissioner Osiadacz moved to deny the Claim for Damages filed by Jody L. Beeson. Chairman Jewell seconded. Motion approved 2-1 (Commissioner O’Brien opposed the motion). CLAIM FOR DAMAGES TERESA SLOAN & JAMES FOODE PROSECUTOR Commissioner O’Brien moved to approve a Claim for Damages filed by Teresa Ann Sloan & James Foode, in the amount of $1,207.21 conditioned upon a Release of All Claims. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. Motion failed 1-2 (Chairman Jewell & Vice-Chairman Osiadacz opposed the motion). Commissioner Osiadacz moved to deny the Claim for Damages filed by Teresa Ann Sloan and James Foode. Chairman Jewell seconded. Motion carried 2-1 (Commissioner O’Brien opposed the motion).
