Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />SIGNATURE PAGE TREAT APPLICATION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner O’Brien moved to ratify the Chairman’s signature on a <br />Signature Page to the Department of Ecology, for the Treat Water <br />Right. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT EFSEC COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner O’Brien said he had reached out to Ian Elliot to see if <br />he would be interested in serving on the Washington State Energy <br />Facility Site Evaluation Council (EFSEC), for the Tuusso Energy, LLC <br />applications to construct and operate a solar project (Columbia <br />Solar) at different locations in Kittitas County, but had not heard <br />back from him yet. The deadline for appointment is November 19th and <br />the Board directed Staff to place the item on the next Office <br />Administration meeting for consideration. <br /> <br />BUDGET AMENDMENT SNOW BLADE MAINTENANCE <br /> <br />Commissioner O’Brien moved to approve a Budget Amendment in the <br />amount of $8,000.00 from Fund #001 250854802 Jail Improvements to <br />Fund #001 250056411 Vehicle Equipment, for a new Snow Plow Blade for <br />a Maintenance vehicle. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. Motion <br />carried 3-0. <br /> <br />OTHER BUSINESS <br /> <br />Chairman Jewell reviewed two letters to Tim Murphy, Board President <br />of Mountain River Trails Camping Association and Katherine P. Frank, <br />Office of the Provost/Vice President for Academic and Student Life <br />at Central Washington University.
