10/23/2017 MINUTES 2 <br />would review the various committees they participate in and provide <br />beneficial updates to the Board as needed during this time as well. <br /> <br />RATIFY GCBH – LETTER OF INTENT COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to ratify Commissioner O’Brien’s <br />signature on a letter of intent with Greater Columbia Behavioral <br />Health for the Mid-Adoption, with Transitional Year election to <br />become BH-ASO for region. Chairman Jewell seconded. Motion carried <br />3-0. <br /> <br />WSLCB WHEEL LINE CIDER COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board indicated that without meeting with the applicant (Wheel <br />Line Cider) they were not comfortable with signing off on the Notice <br />of Liquor License Application. They indicated that they have not <br />signed these in the past and have just let them wait out the WSLCB <br />process. They noted that they have had “special occasion” permits <br />come through with short notice and those they have signed off on but <br />this is different and would require a meeting for them to approve it <br />early. <br /> <br />REQUEST COMMUNITY CONNECT DAY PUBLIC HEALTH <br /> <br />Commissioner O’Brien moved to waive the fee to hold the Community <br />Connect Day at the Event Center for 2017 only, noting that future <br />use will need to pay at the non-profit cost and carry the <br />appropriate insurance. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded.
