BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2017 -116 <br />TO AWARD THE CONTRACT FOR <br />THE HUNTZINGER ROAD SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT <br />AND AUTHORIZE THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE SAME <br />WHEREAS: The Department of Public Works solicited bids for the Huntzinger Road <br />Safety Improvements Project contract in accordance with RCW 36.77.020 <br />Contract Procedures; and <br />WHEREAS: Sealed bids were opened on July 14, 2017, at 10:00 am in the Kittitas <br />County Permit Center, Department of Public Works, 411 N. Ruby Street, <br />Suite 1, Ellensburg, Washington; and <br />WHEREAS: Two (2) bids were received for the prescribed work.
