Page 1 of 2 <br />Public Notice <br />Kittitas County, Ellensburg WA <br />KITTITAS COUNTY <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />CONTRACT DOCUMENTS <br />INVITATION TO BID <br />KITTITAS COUNTY — UNIVERSITY WAY BRIDGE IMPROVEMENTS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY ELLENSBURG, WASHINGTON <br />Sealed bids will be received by the Kittitas County Public Works, at the reception desk located at 411 North Ruby Street, <br />Suite 1, Ellensburg, Washington until 10:00 AM on *** August 9, 2017 *** and will then and there be opened and publicly <br />read for the construction of the improvements. <br />All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in <br />an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such <br />contract and furnish satisfactory performance and payment bonds within the time stated in the specifications, the bid <br />proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the Kittitas County Public Works. <br />The right is reserved to reject any and all bids and to waiver informalities in the bidding. <br />Complete digital project bidding documents, including plans and specifications, are available at wry W.(Auestcdn.c0rP.
