■ Thirty (30) days written notice to the County of cancellation <br />of the insurance policy. <br />3) Excess or Umbrella Liability <br />■ The Contractor shall provide Excess or Umbrella Liability coverage at limits of <br />$5,000,000 per occurrence and annual aggregate. This Excess or Umbrella <br />.Liability coverage shall apply, at a minimum, to both the Commercial General <br />and Auto Insurance policy coverage and shall be at least as broad as the <br />coverage provided above (CGL/AL) and cover those insured in the underlying <br />policies. <br />■ This requirement may be satisfied instead through the Contractor's primary <br />Commercial General and Automobile Liability coverage, or any combination <br />thereof. <br />4) Pollution Liability <br />■ The Contractor shall provide a Pollution Liability policy, providing coverage for <br />claims involving bodily injury, property damage (including loss of use of <br />tangible property that has not been physically injured), cleanup costs, <br />remediation, disposal or other handling of pollutants, including costs and <br />expenses incurred in the investigation, defense, or settlement of claims <br />arising out of: <br />• Contractor's operations related to this project; and/or <br />• Remediation, abatement, repair, maintenance or other work with lead- <br />based paint or materials containing asbestos; and/or <br />• Transportation of hazardous materials away from any site related to <br />this project <br />■ Such Pollution Liability policy shall provide the following minimum coverage: <br />lk�• $2,600,008 each loss and $1,000,000 <br />•-$5,686;6@0 annual aggregate $1, 0 0 0, 0 0 0 <br />5) <br />■ Workers' Compensation in amounts required by law. <br />6) Stop Gap/Employers Liability <br />■ Coverage limits not less than: <br />• $1,000,000 each accident <br />• $1,000,000 disease — policy limit <br />• $1,000,000 disease—each employee <br />■ Thirty (30) days written notice to the County of cancellation of the insurance <br />policy. <br />Professional Services Agreement (rev. 02/26/2017) <br />Page 16 of 17 <br />
