32.4 Has not within a three-year. period preceding the preceding the execution <br />of this contract with Kittitas County had one or more public transactions <br />(Federal, State, or local) terminated for cause of default. <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />In addition to providing all material and labor, the Contractor shall perform the following: <br />Project: Retrofit roof at 830 North Poplar St. (Old Rodeo Bowl), Ellensburg, WA <br />Mechanically Attached TPO Roof System <br />1. Preparing existing roofing for installation of the new roof. This includes removal <br />of loose base flashing, wrinkles, blisters and all incompatible components <br />2. Install % inch coverboard over existing roof system. The coverboard will be <br />mechanically attached to the roof deck using insulation plates and screws. <br />3. Install a mechanically attached 60mil TPO roof system. The TPO membrane is to <br />be mechanically attached and heat welded at the seams. <br />4. Flash all parapet walls, roof curbs and roofing penetrations as per Firestone <br />Specifications. <br />5. Install new perimeter edge metal and coping cap. <br />6. Contractor is to keep site clean and removal all demolition and construction <br />material upon completion of the project. <br />7. Upon Completion, project is to include a 3 year water tightness my and a 15 <br />year manufacturer's material warranty. <br />Work is to start aRer September �, 2014 and be eampleted by Getaber ; 1, <br />Work is to start week of Nov. 13, 2017 and be completed by Nov. 25, 2017 <br />Professional Services Agreement (rev. 02/26/2017) <br />Page 13 of 17 <br />
