09/19/2017 MINUTES 3 AGREEMENT ELMVIEW / KITTITAS COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH Approve and authorize the Public Health Administrator’s signature on an Agreement between Elmview and Kittitas County to provide a coordinated and comprehensive local program of services for persons with developmental disabilities and to fulfill the County’s responsibilities as outlined, beginning July 1, 2017 – June 30, 2018. RESOLUTION 2017-156 KCPHD / HERITAGE UNIVERSITY PUBLIC HEALTH Approve Resolution No. 2017-156, Authorizing execution of an Agreement between Heritage University and the Kittitas County Public Health Department. SET PUBLIC HEARING AMENDING KCC 13.75 PUBLIC HEALTH Approve Setting a Joint Public Hearing with the Board of Health to consider amendments to Chapter 13.75 Health Orders, to be held on October 19, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. in the Kittitas County Courthouse 205 West 5th Avenue, Room 109, Ellensburg, WA and to authorize the Clerk to publish said notice. RESOLUTION 2017-155 CDBG (HUD) AUDITOR Approve Resolution No. 2017-155, Adopting the Community Development Block Grant (HUD) Fair Housing Resolution, naming the Chairman of the Board as the County’s contact.
