9/18/2017 MINUTES 2 <br />beneficial updates to the Board as needed during this time as well. <br /> <br />REQUEST YBIP FUNDING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner O’Brien moved to approve funding not to exceed <br />$20,000.00 to use from now through the last 4 months of the year, to <br />Contract with Peter Dykstra to bridge the gap in funding due to the <br />Capital Budget not being adopted yet for Mr. Dykstra’s Yakima Basin <br />Integrated Plan (YBIP) efforts. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. <br />Chairman Jewell stated that the funding would come from Sales and <br />Use Tax funding out of the General Fund. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />LETTER CABIN CREEK LEGACY PROJECT COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner O’Brien moved to authorize Board signature on a letter <br />of support for the Forest Legacy Program Proposal: Cabin Creek <br />Forest Legacy Project (FY19) to Julie Armbruster with the WA <br />Department of Natural Resources Conservation, Recreation and <br />Transactions. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded.
