Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />CHANGE ORDER ASPECT CONSULTING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner O’Brien moved to authorize Chair’s signature on Change <br />Order No.: 9 with Aspect Consulting for the Kittitas County <br />Groundwater Mitigation Permit Support. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />PUBLIC NOTICE SCHNEBLY WATER RIGHT COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner O’Brien moved to approve Setting a Public Hearing to <br />consider the purchase of Water Rights from Craig and Nancy Schnebly <br />and a Memorandum of Agreement, to be held on Monday September 25, <br />2017 at 4:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Auditorium, Room 109, <br />Kittitas County Courthouse 205 West 5th Avenue Ellensburg, WA and to <br />authorize the Clerk to publish said notice.
