4)Consolidated Technology Services has the right to use hard copy licenses and web services <br />during a contract period subject to terms and restrictions. The 2015/2016 hard copy product will <br />enter into a perpetual license upon the execution of an amendment extending the term of this <br />contract for the second optional one-year extension. The 2017/2018 hard copy product will enter <br />into perpetual license contingent upon the execution of an amendment for the second optional <br />one-year extension of a subsequent contract if the parties execute one. Perpetual licenses are <br />subject to the same terms and restrictions.
