Written notices required or permitted to be provided by a party to the other party under <br />this Agreement may be provided by personal delivery, lege] courier servic a,.or certified mail, postage prepaid and <br />return receipt requested. The cataract administrator and principal point of contact for each <br />party to this Agreement shall be as follows, subj ect to change by written notice provided in accordance with 16.10 <br />hereof <br />(a) The Contract Administrator for CWU will be the Dean of the College of Education & Professional <br />Studies. T'he principle point of contact at CWU for day -today management of the corri:ract will be the Chair ofthe <br />CWU Department of Aviation. <br />(b) . The Contract Administrator for IFT will be the Chief Financial Officer. The pri wiple point of <br />contact at IFT for day -today management of the contrast will be the Assistant Chief Flight instructor assigned for <br />duty at Bowers Field. <br />6,12 Counterparts.
