KITTITAS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />STUDY SESSION STAFF REPORT <br />STUDY SESSION DATE _ rune 26, 2017 <br />ACTION REQUESTED Sign the EASCO Flight Training Airport Use <br />Agreement <br />BACKGROUND: For the past six months, staff has been working to obtain a <br />signed Airport Use Agreement with IASCO Flight Training <br />(IFT)_ We now have a signed agreement on their side. We <br />also have payment covering the first six months of 2017. <br />The agreement prohibits certain maintenance activities and <br />terminates immediately after 60 days beyond the due date <br />(the first day of each mouth). <br />INTERACTION: Public Works <br />RECOMMENDATION: Sign the Airport Use Agreement with IFTe <br />HANDLING: Return one original to Public Works <br />ATTACHMENTS: Exhibit 1: Use Agreement with EFT. <br />LEAD STAFF: Mark R.
