i I"137 FIRST AMMENDMENT TO FLIGHT TRAINING AGREEMENT This is an Amendment to the Flight Training Agreement made and entered into on December 4, 2014 (the "Original Agreement") by and between Central Washington University ("CWU" or "University"), 400 East University Way, Ellensburg, Washington 98926, and AVIASCO, Inc., doing business as IASCO Flight Training, Inc. {"IFT" or "Contractor"), 6460 Lockheed Drive, Redding, California 96002. RECITALS WHEREAS, the parties entered into the Original Agreement based on expected or forecast circumstances that have since changed, and the parties have mutually agreed to address such changes by amending the Original Agreement as described herein. THEREFORE, this Amendment is to memorialize the following revisions to the Original Agreement. AMENDMENT'S Attachment A — Flight Training Services & Rates of the Original Agreement has changed as follows: 1. C172 (single engine non-complex aircrafts) rate increase from $130 to $140; 2. Flight Instruction - FTD rate increase from $50 to $55; 3. Flight Instruction - Single rate increase from $50 to $60. An equal percentage reduction in the hourly rate charged to the student will be applied if any decrease in flight instructor salary/pay in the future. CONFIRMATION OF THE ORIGINAL AGREEMENT In all other respects, the Flight Training Agreement, dated December 4, 2014 between IASCO Flight Training, Inc. and Central Washington University is confirmed except as modified in this Amendment.
