normal extended coverage clauses of fire insurance policies, and sustained by IFT in <br />or to the said Airport premises. <br />C. <br />14. INTDEMNIFICATION: IfT shall detend, indemnify, and hold the County, its successors and <br />assigns, and the respective directors, officers, employees, insurers, agents and <br />representatives of the County completely harmless from and against any and all claims, <br />suits, demands, actions, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, or fines arising by reason of <br />injury or death of any person, or damage to any property, including all reasonable costs for <br />investigation and defense thereof (including, but not limited to, attorney fees, court costs and <br />expert fees) of any nature whatsoever arising out of IFT's conduct at the Airport, or in its <br />use or occupancy of the Airport premises, regardless of where the injury, death, or damage <br />may occur, except to the extent such injury, death, or damage is caused by the negligent act <br />or omission or willful misconduct of the County. TFT shall also use counsel reasonably <br />acceptable to the County in carrying out its obligations hereunder. <br />Any personal property of IFT or of others placed in the Airport premises or placed anywhere <br />on the Airport shall be at the sole risk of TFT or the owners thereof, and the County shall not <br />be liable for any loss or damage, except to the extent such loss or damage was caused by the <br />negligence of the County. <br />The provisions of this Section shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement. <br />15. AIRPORT TRAFFIC: It is understood and agreed that the IFT's use of the Airport premises <br />shall not unreasonably interfere or restrict the use of aircraft landings, take -offs, storage of <br />aircraft, taxiing, and movement of ground vehicles. IFT shall comply with all rules and <br />regulations of the Federal Aviation Administration, Washington State Department of <br />Transportation Aeronautics Division, and the Kittitas County Airport Standards. <br />16. FIREARMS: Hunting or discharging of firearms will not be permitted on or from said <br />Airport premises, <br />17. NOTICES: Any notice given by one party to the other in connection with this agreement <br />shall be in writing and shall be sent by certified or registered mail, return receipt requested <br />as follows: <br />a.
