Fulcrum <br />Environmental Consulting, Inc. (Fulcrum) understand that these 24 structures are all owned by Kittitas <br />County, having been acquired during the acquisition of Shady Brook. Except for unit 30, all of the structures <br />have been previously vacated. Kittitas County understands that unit 30 will likely be vacated by July 1, <br />2017. <br />The units schedule for demolition include: <br />2 — old office <br />6 — single wide <br />17 - single wide <br />18 — single wide <br />22 — single -wide <br />24 — singe with addition <br />25 — travel trailer <br />26 — single wide <br />29 '/z - travel trailer <br />30 — double wide <br />31 — large single wide <br />33 — single wide <br />36 — single wide <br />45 — single wide <br />46 — 5b wheel <br />47 — 5h wheel <br />49 — single with addition <br />59 — single wide <br />63 — 5s' wheel <br />65 — single wide <br />Shed by 65 — wood framed <br />Camper by 65 — camper <br />67 — travel trailer <br />69 — travel trailer <br />The units range in age from 1940s single wide manufactured homes to 1990s vintage 5a` wheel recreational <br />vehicles. Except for the camper by unit 65, all of the structures were previously connected to city water and <br />site sewer systems. Individual electrical meters and some natural gas meters were observed in Shady Brook. <br />Scope of Work <br />The purpose of the hazardous building materials inspection is to identify materials that require removal, <br />special handling, and disposal or recycling prior to demolition of the units.
