KITTITAS COUNTY AIRPORT <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />ADDENDUM TO LEASE <br />THIS ADDENDUM TO LEASE is made and dated this i 2 -',')day of <br />2017, by and between KITTITAS COUNTY, a municipal corporation in the State of Washington, <br />hereinafter referred to as the LESSOR, and VERNOPAL LLC, and hereinafter referred to as the <br />LESSEE. <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, LESSOR and SIERRO ROMEO (LESSEE) entered into a lease agreement <br />on April 1, 2017, and the LESSOR desires that the lease agreement with the LESSOR shall be <br />between VERNOPAL LLC and Kittitas County NOT between SIERRA ROMEO and Kittitas <br />County, a copy of which is attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY AGREED by and between the parties to change the <br />LESSEE for Lot H-31 (as shown on the Kittitas County Amended Binding Site Plan BS -10-00001, <br />as recorded June 28, 2010, in Book 11, pages 249-255, County of Kittitas, State of Washington) <br />from SIERRA ROMEO to VERNOPAL LLC. <br />All other terms and conditions of the aforementioned lease shall remain the same. <br />
