06/06/2017 MINUTES 2 <br />DUSTY PILKINGTON, STAFF PLANNER provided an overview of the <br />Preliminary Plat application from Jeff Hansell, agent for property <br />owner Highway 9 Office Park Center, LLC for a subdivision of <br />approximately 4.76 acres into 14 duplex town homes in 7 buildings. <br />He said the property is located approximately 1 mile west of Roslyn <br />in the Suncadia Mater Planned Resort on Suncadia Trail. There was <br />various information provided relating to the property, <br />administrative review, and recommendations of approval. <br /> <br />THERE BEING NO ONE REQUESTING TO TESTIFY, THE PUBLIC PORTION OF THE <br />HEARING WAS CLOSED. <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER OSIADACZ moved to approve the Highway 9 Preliminary <br />Plat and instructed Staff to prepare enabling documents subject to <br />conditions and Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law which were <br />provided during the hearing. COMMISSIONER O’BRIEN seconded.
