No <br />action was taken. <br /> <br />At 11:25 a.m. Chairman Jewell announced the Board would recess back <br />into Executive Session for 10 minutes to discuss with legal counsel <br />representing the agency matters relating to agency enforcement <br />actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency <br />litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, the <br />governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, or is <br />likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the <br />discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial <br />consequence to the agency. Possible action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 11:35 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to accept the offer given to the County <br />from State Farm, with Ms. Brand accepting 30% liability and Kittitas <br />County accepting 70% liability, noting financial payment is to be <br />made accordingly. Commissioner O’Brien seconded.
