BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2017 VQ0 <br />TITLE: RATIFY THE CHAIRMAN'S SIGNATURE ON JACOBS TASK ORDER NO. 4 <br />WHEREAS: Public Works has an existing Task Order contract for environmental/planning <br />support with Jacobs; and <br />WHEREAS: Public Works is required to produce a current 20 year transportation plan <br />supporting the County's 2017 Comprehensive Plan update; and <br />WHEREAS: Public Works staff has completed negotiations with Jacobs for a task order <br />supporting the creation of the required 2017 20 -year transportation plan; and <br />WHEREAS: Critical plan creation timelines require immediate commencement of work by <br />Jacobs; and <br />WHEREAS: Public Works staff secured the Chairman's signature on Task Order documents <br />on 03-08-2017; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the best <br />interest of the public, does hereby ratify the Chairman's signature on Jacobs Task Order No. 4 <br />DATED this 13th day of March , 2017, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />Attest: <br />❑ Clerk of the Board- Julie Kjorsvik <br />of the Board- Mandy Buchholz <br />®\ rn <br />r! <br />C5 <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITJyTAHKOUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />Obie O'Brien, Commissioner <br />
