KITTITAS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />STUDY SESSION STAFF REPORT <br />STUDY SESSION DATE: March l3, 2017 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Authorize the Chair's signature on Recreation Conservation <br />Office Project Agreement 16-1860C <br />BACKGROUND: In late 2016, the Board of County Commissioners directed <br />staff solicit Recreation Conservation Office (RCO) <br />amending the existing "Ringer Loop Acquisitions and <br />Design" grant. RCO staff completed project amendment <br />number one which has been signed by the Chairman of the <br />Board of County Commissioners. Recently, staff received <br />a second amendment for Board consideration. The second <br />amendment removes "Design" from the project title and <br />associated design deliverables from the grant. <br />INTERACTION: Public Works <br />RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the Chair's signature on RCO Project Agreement <br />Number 16-1860C, Amendment No. 2. <br />HANDLING.
